The Family Rate
Care for the Whole Household
One practice that knows your whole family's story.
The Family Rate · Never Expires
$250 Initial Evaluation · $155 Follow Ups
The first member of your household pays their usual rate. Every additional member pays the Family Rate — the same numbers as the Field Rate. Honor system, no paperwork.
How It Works
Three things to know. That's the whole program.
- The first member of your household pays our usual published rate
- Every additional member pays $250 for their evaluation and $155 for follow ups
- It never expires, and there's nothing to sign up for — just mention it when you book
"Household" means the people you live with as a family — partners, kids, parents, siblings under the same roof. It works on the honor system. Already get the Field Rate? Your family gets the same numbers automatically — the two rates match on purpose.
Every Member, Every Age
Adults, teens, and kids — the same practice can care for all of them.
- Adults — comprehensive psychiatric care built around your life
- Teens — support for identity, mood, and life with screens
- Kids — care built with parents, not around them
- One practice that sees the patterns a household shares — sleep, stress, and the season you're all in together
Questions Families Actually Ask
Does sharing a rate mean sharing a record?
No. Every member of your family has their own confidential chart, protected by HIPAA and Washington law. A shared rate never means shared information — what your teen tells their provider stays in your teen's record, and Washington law gives adolescents 13 and older a real say in their own mental health care and records. We'll explain exactly how that works at the first visit.
Who counts as my household?
The people you live with as a family: spouses and partners, kids, parents, siblings under one roof. We run it on the honor system — no utility bills, no paperwork. If your situation is complicated (college kids, co-parenting across two homes), just ask. We'll be reasonable.
Do we all have to see the same provider?
No. Family members can each see the provider who fits them best, and the rate applies either way.
Is this family therapy?
The Family Rate is pricing, not a treatment format — each person gets their own individual care. When it's clinically useful to bring family members into a visit (which is common with kids and teens), your provider will plan that with you directly.
Does it stack with the Field Rate?
It doesn't need to — the numbers already match. If the first member of your household qualifies for the Field Rate, every additional member gets the same $250 / $155 through the Family Rate. Full details on our pricing page.
