Good to Know

How does payment work?
Payment is due at time of service by card.
Can I use my insurance at all?
We can provide a superbill, an itemized receipt with the codes insurers need, which you can submit for possible out of network reimbursement. Check your plan's out of network mental health benefits. HSA and FSA funds can usually be used for our services.
How does labwork work?
Lab ordering and review are included with your intake and medication management visits, at no extra charge. We write the order for a defined panel (baseline: CBC, metabolic panel, lipids, HbA1c, thyroid; plus monitoring labs your medications require), and you take it to the lab of your choice. Many insurance plans cover routine bloodwork at Quest or Labcorp. If you prefer cash pay, Fullscript offers direct rates plus a $10 draw fee. Either way, the only lab bill is the lab's own. We add no ordering fee, no review fee, and no markup.
How does the Family Rate work?
Once one member of your household is a patient here, every additional member of the same household gets the Family Rate: $250 for their evaluation and $155 for follow ups. It works on the honor system, it never expires, and it stacks with nothing because it doesn't need to — Field Rate families already get the same numbers for every member.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel so we can offer the time to someone else. Late cancellations and no shows may be charged the visit fee.
What about the Good Faith Estimate?
Under the No Surprises Act you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. Our prices are published and flat, so there's rarely a surprise. The full notice is on our Good Faith Estimate page.
