Out of Medication? Be Seen Fast

Prescriber retired, moved, or stopped responding — or you just missed a follow up? A focused 15-minute visit for $175 reviews your prescription and, when clinically appropriate, bridges your refill until your next full appointment. Open to new and established patients; new patients complete a release of information with us at the visit.

Good to Know

How does payment work?
Payment is due at time of service by card — credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards all work. With your consent we keep a card securely on file with Clover, our payment processor, and charge the flat, published price on the day of your visit.
How does the Family Rate work?
Once one member of your household is a patient here, every additional member of the same household gets the Family Rate: $250 for their evaluation and $155 for follow ups. It works on the honor system, it never expires, and it stacks with nothing because it doesn't need to — Field Rate families already get the same numbers for every member.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel so we can offer the time to someone else. Late cancellations and no shows may be charged the visit fee.
What about the Good Faith Estimate?
Under the No Surprises Act you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. Our prices are published and flat, so there's rarely a surprise. The full notice is on our Good Faith Estimate page.
